When I arrived in Toronto last month, my head had been a little foggy.
The winter hats I’d seen on the streets of Calgary were more expensive than I was willing to pay.
“It’s not even the price of the product,” I said.
It was my first visit to Toronto, and I was keen to see the city that I had grown up in, where the weather was always crisp and the streets were always warm.
But I didn’t want to buy a $300 winter hat from the Sears catalog or the $2,400 hat I had seen in the back of a shop.
Instead, I wanted to go to a shop that made a product that I could use every day.
So I stopped by the City Hall kiosk, in front of the city’s new subway.
I picked up a white winter hat and a black one.
They cost about $300 each, which I was happy to pay for a hat that I would wear to work.
The difference in price was noticeable, but not huge.
At the time, I was wearing a $100-a-year coat and was thinking, What the hell is that thing?
I was thinking that I’m going to have to spend a little more money on it, and a little less on a hat.
It’s a little hard to tell if the difference is worth it, especially considering that I was buying a hat I was going to wear for several months.
But as soon as I stepped out of the kiosk and into the city, I realized that I’d been spending money that I shouldn’t have.
The new subway subway system is getting a lot of attention, but its construction will also mean that more people will be commuting by bike, walking, or public transit.
The Toronto subway system was supposed to create 1.3 million new jobs by 2020, and the project’s first major public works project, the Queen Elizabeth-Spadina Subway Extension, will create a total of 2.1 million new ones.
And as more people take transit, we’ll have more options for buying winter hats.
But some people are worried about their health.
As of last year, more than half of Canadians said that they had experienced a cold or flu-like illness in the previous 12 months.
Some people have complained that winter hats don’t keep their hair cool enough to protect their face from the cold, and they also worry that winter hat prices will rise.
Some have also questioned the effectiveness of the new subway system, which has had its flaws.
And the new Queen Elizabeth subway extension will not make it easier for people to get around the city by bike or walking.
But for some, the new system’s problems are more than just a matter of convenience.
People are worried that the new Toronto subway will cause a decline in the number of people commuting by public transit to work, because many people are taking transit at night.
And a study released by the federal government last year concluded that the subway system had contributed to the rise in car ownership.
In its latest report, the federal agency concluded that Toronto’s population has grown by 10 per cent since 1990, but the number and density of cars has increased by just 1 per cent.
As the city continues to grow, its population will grow, and its cars will be smaller.
This could affect the number, speed, and severity of winter weather events in Toronto, especially if it means fewer people are able to get to work or school, said Janice Yoon, a senior scientist with the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, a research group based in Ottawa.
As a result, Yoon and other climate change experts worry that the winter weather forecast will become more dire, because there will be less time to get ready for work or schools.
I think it’s going to be a bigger problem for people who live in areas with the greatest vulnerability to it, Yoo said.
I don’t think they’ll be able to do that much in terms of transportation, because they’ll have to get from one job to another.
The biggest concern for many is the economic impact of the subway’s opening.
According to a report by the Canadian Association of Independent Businesses, opening up the subway would add $1.2 billion to the region’s economy by 2020.
But many people who buy winter hats say that it will cost them more money to buy them, and some are concerned that the price difference could mean that the cost of buying a winter hat will rise over time.
“I’d rather not pay a lot,” said Stephanie Brown, a retired teacher from Windsor, Ont., who bought a $150-a.m. hat that was going for $1,300 last year.
“They say it’s like a good investment, and it’s a good product.”
And she’s not alone.
Many other people are wary of buying winter gear because they fear it will be too expensive.
