The Black Bucket hat is one of the first things you think of when you think Donald Trump, but if you’re not wearing one of his signature hats, you’re missing out.
Trump was the first presidential candidate in American history to wear a black bucket hat, which is a hat made from a combination of white, black and red fabric, and it was a political symbol that stood for unity and strength in the face of racism.
But the hat isn’t just a symbol.
It’s also a tool, a symbol of the power of a movement, a weapon, and a symbol for everyone who has been marginalized in America for decades.
A black bucket is a symbol that speaks to people’s frustration and anger, and in a country where black lives matter, the hat is part of a larger history of power that has defined the first two years of Trump’s presidency.
And it’s also part of the reason that black people are often seen as the forgotten people in America.
“There’s a lot of blame for this, that people are just not aware of the role that white supremacy played in this election,” said Amaya Shabazz, a Black Lives Matter organizer who lives in Brooklyn, New York.
“But it is a power play that we have to engage and work towards.”
Shabaz has organized the first-ever Black Lives Matters New York City march in January to protest the death of Jamar Clark, a 17-year-old black man who was killed by NYPD officers.
While the police were cleared of any wrongdoing in Clark’s death, Shabars actions have been used as a rallying cry by thousands of Black Lives protesters across the country.
In an article on The Huffington Post, Shabadaz said she and other Black Lives organizers saw the election as a chance to start “making a stand.”
Shabadazz, who is white, said that while she was a staunch supporter of Trump during the campaign, she was shocked when the president-elect endorsed white supremacists in the wake of the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia.
“I was shocked and disappointed,” Shabadasaid.
“And when I saw the endorsement, I was like, ‘What?
What is this?'”
Black Lives protests have also focused on how white people in the US have historically used Black Lives, specifically African Americans, as scapegoats.
Black people have historically been the scapegoats for white supremacy, and that continues to this day.
“The white supremacy that we see on display today has been with us since the end of slavery,” Shabasaid said.
“This is what is driving this white supremacy.”
Shafaz said that the Black Lives protest on January 28 was intended to bring attention to a lot more than just the white supremacy present in Trump’s administration.
“We’re not just trying to bring awareness to racism and the legacy of white supremacy,” she said.
But when you look at what the Black people in our country have been fighting for, it becomes clear that this is something that has been in place for a long time.
“It is part and parcel of our history,” Shafasaid added.
“If we’re not taking action now, then we’re never going to stop.”
Black Lives matter marches are a form of protest that can happen anywhere, but they often come in response to specific cases of police violence.
On December 17, after a white police officer shot and killed Keith Lamont Scott in North Charleston, South Carolina, people took to the streets in the nation’s capital in a march called Black Lives March.
The rally, which drew more than 1,000 people, was one of several protests following the killing of Eric Garner, a black man in New York who died in a chokehold by police officers in Staten Island, New Jersey.
Shabadahaf said the Black People March on Washington, D.C., which drew millions of people in 2017, was a continuation of the Black Trump rally in New Hampshire and the Black Power March in Philadelphia, which also saw thousands of people.
While Trump won the popular vote by more than 3 million, he did not win the popular votes of all Americans, Shafafaz added.
While many people are shocked by the election results, it is important to remember that this isn’t the first time the Trump administration has used the Black American community as a scapegoat.
In fact, the first black person to be elected president was the son of a prominent white Southern plantation owner.
“Trump’s election and his presidency have been very anti-Black and anti-black American history,” said Shafabadaz.
“People are very concerned about his actions as president and his cabinet and his administration, but the people are not necessarily saying, ‘I’m going to take him out.’
They’re saying, this is not the first president of this country to do this, this president has done this, and we’re going to make sure this happens again.”
The Black Lives movement started in the early 1980s as a response to police
